Dexter Allen is one of the premier Blues entertainer in the country. He was the guitarist in the band of Blues Legend Bobby Rush's band that traveled the World performing. Dexter was cast as a musician in the James Brown movie "Get on Up". Dexter plays guitar, bass and keyboards which he played on his then released album Bluezin My Way, which is a soulful album filled with stories of love, lust, lies and alibis. That album landed Dexter the 2009 Jackson Music Awards Entertainer of the Year Award. In 2015 Dexter released another CD on the Deep Rush label titled "Trilogy Of My Blues" which continues to sell Worldwide and delight fans all across the globe.
