Private Parties, Weddings, Receptions, Conferences, Community Meetings, Banquets or Special Events! The Main Hall Seating 250, with large dance floor. The Main Hall can accommodate a party of up to 300 guests. Full bar, coat check area, dance floor, DJ booth and personal restrooms are available. We also have an elevated stage area. The Maple Room - Sports Bar Seating 75, the Maple Room is our game area. This area has been converted into our full service Sports Bar. Full bar and food services are available. Happy hour drink prices apply. Pool, darts and jukebox entertainment are available for your pleasure. Table games such as dominoes, cards and chess are the members & guests favorites. TREC Sports Hrs: Mon 3pm–7pm / Tues through Sat: 12pm–7pm The Royal Room Seating 150, the Royal Room is our most private area. Full bar, private kitchen, dance floor, DJ booth, restrooms and private entrance when needed. Entire Club If you are having a concert or show we invite you to rent the entire club. You will not find a venue that will hold the capacity that we can for the price that we offer. Sound system: Available (included in rental) Your personal DJ must be preapproved by Management 7 days before your scheduled event prior to working our equipment. DJ Services: Available for rent
Rentals Hourly rates vary according to event; please call for pricing. All events must end by 1:30am PST. Non - profit organizations have special rates available. Availability and terms: Reservations are requested at least 30 days in advance. A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit will be credited toward your rental. The balance of your rental is due 2 to 3 weeks prior to your event. In the event of a cancellation we must receive your request in writing within 14 days of your scheduled event. Included in the rental is a two-hour setup/clean up time. Additional hours can be added at an additional cost per hour. Music must be concluded at the end of the contracted time for the event. Rental applications are considered on a first-paid , first-served basis and subject to space availability. All applications must be verified and approved by the General Manager & Event Coordinator. Once your application is approved you will be contacted by the Event Coordinator. Rental applications will not be accepted without payment. The Royal Esquire Club activities and events have priority in the Clubhouse, which may prohibit or limit extended or multiple reservations. Catering: Double Double Catering is our exclusive caterer.
