The Adminstrative Officers and the Board of Directors are a body of elected members who:
- Develop policies, procedures, and provides personnel to perform business activities
- Make such rules and takes actions, consistent with the articles of incorporation
- Hold meetings, at a minimum monthly, to direct the operations of the Club
